After obtaining a Master’s Degree in corporate management in the hotel and tourist industry at the University of Economics in Moscow, Veronika met up with Olivier in Spain in 2000 to help him start up the fruit trade which was afterwards to become joint venture.


Her business trips to Europe and Latin America enabled her to gain experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and to discover other countries both culturally and linguistically.


Veronika’s personal and professional expertise, together with that of Olivier, who is of Spanish origin, as well as his knowledge of the market at Rungis and his experience in red berries, made the creation of Fresal possible in 2012.


Veronika’s main motivation is to get to know different cultures and to play a role in the development of fair trade so as to share her love of nature and creative, productive work.
